Lewis listened to my needs.
He suggested we tried lying on a bed where the firmness of the mattress can be changed to help us to decide which felt the most comfortable for us. He then showed us mattress’s meeting
All our questions answered, and we were allowed time and space to make our decision.
Lewis was knowledgeable and pleasant.
