Fantastic customer experience from the Coventry branch on Alvis retail park. Incredibly helpful staff and seamless from purchase through to delivery. Brilliant assemblers (independent but outsourced by Bensons). Delighted with the bed we purchased and very grateful for the advice that we received from staff prior to purchasing. It’s just a shame that this branch is closing down - the staff are super!

Julia was really friendly and went through everything with us. I am much happier that we bought in-store rather than online so we could try everything out.

The lady assistant was an absolute star in helping me choose the right bed and mattress for my bedroom, she talked me through everything and helped me take measurements and nothing was too much trouble, I am so pleased she was there to give me advice so I got the right bed and mattress that were perfect for me

The family took my mum who has dementia to look for a new bed for her, as it was a slow process going from bed to bed, finally she found the bed . The sales person named Julia was very patient, so it was a good relaxing few hours.

We purchased a bed and bedroom furniture from the Holyhead road store in Coventry.
Each member of the sales team that we had contact with, were all very helpful and not pushy in anyway.
The manager Meshaq was polite and knowledgeable and also very helpful.
From our experience we would have no hesitation in recommending this store.

I was left in tears.
When my daughter and I visited the shop
to look and sit on the bed settee we were clearly told that the legs would be fitted by the delivery men.The delivery was 2 hours late but the driver did ring me to explain. The huge box was left in my lounge. iF I had known this one of my children would have made sure that they were here with me to unpack and put the legs on.. so very disappointed after we were clearly told. We would have changed out delivery date and one of my children would have took time off work..
