Akram was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and not at all pushy

Amazing service from the manager at your coventry store. Really took the time to get to know me and understand what I needed, showed me several options and although over my budget he helped me to complete a finance application which was brilliant. STRONGLY recommend Bensons for beds coventry.

We had a fantastic experience when we visited last Saturday to buy a new mattress. Natalie helped us to find the right firmness and then took us to try lots of different mattresses. She explained the differences between them and gave us the time we needed to try each one properly so we could make an informed decision. We couldn't fault the excellent service we received and we came away having bought what we wanted.

Akram the young man who dealt with us regarding purchasing a bed was a very helpful very patient young man. Nothing was to much trouble for him in helping us make the right decision.

Proudly to say that we have been blessed to receive such a wonderful service from such a respected person in Coventry store, who showed us each and every single promotion and product.
We are relaxed and happy and excited to receive my bed and ready ti order another one as the offers are still on.

Easy to order and have had a few beds from them over the years

Paul from Gallagher retail park Coventry was a brilliant salesman. He knew his products. I had many questions about divan beds. He helped me to find the right bed, mattress and head board. He wasn't pushy but patient, especially when I didn't understand the calculation. He took time to explain.

The customer service, pricing and quality of products was great. All staff were polite and helpful. We have purchased a mattress from Bensons previously and were happy with the product and service we received.

Easy to order, helpful staff, great prices

Very knowledgeable staff who left us alone until we were ready to chat through details about the beds etc.

Also have a disabled father who they were great with and provided a great service to me and my family- thank you.

Although the sofa bed we wanted to look at wasn’t available in this store, an alternative, which was nearly identical was. Meshaq was friendly and helpful and demonstrated how the bed worked. Purchased in less than half an hour, sort of shopping I like.
