bed arrived and assembled by delivery team who had no training on new design.
spacers for headboard were similar to size if space through bed and so slipped through when tightened. headboard is now wobbly.
electric bed, motor not working correctly, now have to wait for replacement motor form my new bed.

We went into the shop 30th December man that served us was very helpful but not pushy, his name was Jon, we weren't rushed he let us take time so we got the correct mattress, explained everything to us in a ordered manner.

The salesman was extremely helpful, talked me through all the options as I was clueless. Gave me time to wander and look without pressure.

What an amazing experience it was buying our beds from Bensons For Beds. Amanda greeted us and was lovely. She passed us over to Jon as he initally spoke with us several weeks before when we visited to explore our options. (It was Jon's professionalism and personality that took us back to the store!)
He was really knowledgeable, super friendly and easy-going. Nothing was too much work for him and we were able to take our time and test the products to ensure we made the best decision. I would highly recommend this (Crewe) store. What a pleasure! We can't wait for our new beds! Thanks guys!

Choosing a new bed can be a daunting experience with so many options and so many different makes and styles. Our visit to Bensons for Beds however made the process of choosing the right bed and mattress a great deal easier. The Sales Executive (Claire) explained everything about the different mattresses; we were able to test a large range of different options and were finally able to select something that very closely matched our requirements. The Sales Executive then carefully guided us through the sales process, ensuring that we got our new bed at the best possible price.

Based on our experience, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bensons For Beds to anyone looking for a new bed and/or mattress.

I have ordered new bed. Bed arrived on time but had a defect. It took longer that I would have liked to come back to me, but once Bensons did, they have replaced with no problems. Overall very good experience.

The staff at the Crewe branch were extremely helpful especially Claire. She advised on every mattress we looked at and did not pressurize us in any way. Great selection of beds and well laid out shop. This is our second bed purchased at Crewe Bensons and wont be our last. Must note that the Northwich Branch did not offer such service and couldn't be bothered with us.
