The bed arrived on time and was delivered with care, and the staff were friendly and helpful!

From choosing my bed to it being delivered, all the staff that I had met were very helpful. I even had to change my delivery date the lady was so helpful. The delivery men were lovely taking the packaging with them.

Great salesman. But the persistent emails and text messages from Benson's since buying the mattress resulted in me missing the final payment date and a revised delivery date.

Really helpful staff without being hard sell

Excellent service provided by Zaidu, he has excellent knowledge of the different types of beds, mattresses, pillows, etc. Very patient and helpful, provided advice how to approach the process of testing different products, provided info on the warranties available and any additional details of the lifespan of the products.

Great customer service in store and great item (alexa double sofa bed) which has done the job this Christmas and is a lovely colour and addition to the room. Also squeezed me in for delivery before Christmas. Delivery was a little hectic and some of my garden got a bit trashed - hence the loss of a star. But overall a good experience!

Shravan made the experience incredible from the moment we arrived to look at a bed we had seen online. Whilst that particular model wasn’t available instore to see, he demonstrated his knowledge to show us a similar bed and was able to highlight how this would compare to the one of interest to us. He was ensured we had everything we needed for the order, and even took time to ensure we had use of any promotional benefit we had seen online. For the things we didn’t take like TV and the mattress, he double checked to ensure the ones we had were compatible.
Within 15 minutes of entering the store we had placed an order for the bed we wanted. Incredibly informative from beginning to end. Delivery was faultless and building the bed was incredibly simple. Incredible experience and would highly recommend Benson for Beds, but also visiting Shravan at Purley Way, Croydon for assistance. 10/10!

Disgusted with this company. Took delivery of a bed 1st April this year. We noticed on rotating the bed every 2 weeks,
We had a bulge in the middle of the bed. After 3 visits to Croydon shop, 2 phone calls a rep came to see the bed at our request, this was 8 weeks after first complaint. Rep said could not find anything wrong with the bed. He suggested to us being 79 and 82 years old to sleep in the middle of the bed.
How disgraceful and disrespectful is this.

All frontline staff including the members of staff at the shop, the one handling my WhatsApp questions and the delivery team, are very helpful and friendly. The delivery team are highly appreciated in particular as they were very careful not to make a single scratch to our home when moving the steel bed frame around. Excellent shopping experience! Would recommend to anyone who wants to buy bed frame and mattress.
