Good service and quality
They were very helpful in the Croydon branch in explaining the different options available to use. We ended up getting a king sized bed with ottoman. The bed was delivered quickly and to my room of choice on the 11th floor. The ottoman is not the easiest to set up and use, but it does the job.

We arrived at the shop and 5 mins in the salesman came over asked if we needed help we said no he said just ask if you do. So we asked about a couple of beds when we’d seen the ones we liked. The salesman was engaging polite and very helpful.

It's worth the wait
From ordering online to delivery was a little too lengthy. The delivery team who assembled the bed was very affable and friendly. The bed quality is actually quite good and comfortable.
I am sleeping well now.
