I have recently purchased a bed at the Derry branch of Bensons For Beds , I think I initially dealt with Connor he was so helpful and because of his help and knowledge and he was in no way pushy when I made my mind up I returned to the store to complete by order . The manager Tomas was unbelievably helpful - he honestly couldn’t have done enough to help me even after I messed up with my measurements. You think sometimes when big companies take your money then they don’t care this was not the case with Tomas and the team . I have dealt with lots of company and the after sales care has been incredible ( totally amazed at the help I have received) with bensons . Trust Bensons for your purchase you will not be disappointed . Also when I changed my product they offered me a refund for the difference . Love my new bed and loved doing business with Bensons
