I was leaving the car park at crescent link car park.
I was leaving the car park at crescent link Derry, saw the sign Benson for Beds. switched off the ignition and took a walk across to the store. Looked to have a good selection and began to have a look around. Having looked at s few a sales person came and asked if I needed any help. We got chatting and there began a time of testing beds and the sales person giving me the plus and minuses of each one I had looked at. For me this was a guy who knew what he was talking about so I cut down the selection to two mattress and took a lie on both and came to a decision on the one I bought.
John the sales person is very good at his job, he is no pushy in anyway, he share the details of whatever mattress you are interested lets you have a think and will come back and ask if there is anymore information you require to help in your decision, ( a rare thing in todays world where it is quick sale and take the money) it is also unusual world to find a sales person with such good knowledge of his product., he explained all the do's and don's my rights all the details I needed to know before I paid for my purchase. alll in all a good purchase .
