Amazing customer service very informative :)
I came into store to purchase a new bed was debating out of king size or superking and Tony was super informative and explained I could fit the bigger base in if i went with divan base as they were flush we left very pleased with a navy blue electric ottoman and matching headboard they even helped us pack our van, Tony, Barry and the new starter worked very efficiently and we’re helpful throughout the whole experience :)

Great service!
We’ve been twice now to the bensons for beds outlet and it’s great! Tom (I think that was his name) really looked after us and was very helpful! We will be going back there for any other beds/ bedroom furniture that we might need!

I would recommend EVERYONE to go here! So knowledgeable and friendly and absolutely would go back in a heartbeat! Shame they only do beds I would buy all my furniture if possible from here! Checked sizes and recommended what would be best! Can’t speak highly enough of my experience!

I was greeted and told of the offers and that he was there if I needed him. He got out a soft mattress for me to try. I was helped and not hassled. The perfect amount of sales service in my opinion.

Lakeside Village, Great Staff.
Really friendly staff, very helpful nothing is too much trouble. Would recommend anyone to go and have a look round, you can get some right bargains, with top quality beds.

We visited the Lakeside Doncaster store and spoke with Barry. He has been top notch from start to finish. We are currently moving house and he advised us which product will suit us best, we visited the store 3 times over the last few months and each time he has been there, remembered our situation and sorted everything for us. He is a credit to the company
