One bed working was told the other bed would not work because the plug would not fit in the socket and would have to be replaced by an engineer that was over a week ago and I’ve heard nothing from Bensons not even a phone call text or email very poor show indeed

Starr was most helpful, and patient. Helped me to choose the right colour wardrobe for my bedroom. She even stayed after her shift had ended, to make sure that I could finish my order and benefit from the special offer. She was lovely, not pushy, made me feel valued as a customer.

Great Customer Service – Excited for the Bed to Arrive!
Although my bed hasn’t arrived yet, I wanted to take a moment to share how impressed I am with Paul the salesman so far. His dealing with us was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions, explain the different options, and made the whole buying process feel easy and stress-free.
It’s clear he cared about making sure customers are happy, and that made a big difference in my decision to purchase. Based on the quality of service and the detailed description of the bed, I’m confident it’s going to be exactly what I was looking for.
Looking forward to delivery day and will update once it arrives — but so far, a very positive experience!
