Went to look for a mattress and didn’t really know which one to choose. The staff were very informative and guided us to a suitable mattress for our needs and budget. No pressure to purchase a more expensive one, we were shown an expensive one which we stated that we didn’t want to spend that amount. Staff very friendly and nice. Very pleased with the service.

Honest and knowledgeable
Tracey approached us, but we said we're just in for a idea of prices. She wasn't pushy, but stuck with us to show us different examples of mattress firmness and styles, and explained the finance options to us. She was great with our toddler too who is on the "wild side". We left, and after doing some quick sums at home we returned and bought our preferred mattress straight away. She was very friendly and for only being in her role for 5 weeks, was very informative.
