Charlie as previous chap, was very easy to talk to, gave advice but not in a pushy manner. Allowed me to lie on mattresses to test them with no pressure re time. Approachable, polite and knowledgeable.

Found that the help and time given by Charlie was excellent He is the sort of person that give you a good name
