No pressure, we knew what we had come to see. Charlie offered us another option, slightly more expensive, but didn't push us in any way. We stuck with our first choice after trying both.

Asked my preference shown several mattresses and beds, once explained my specific needs they managed to find me bed and mattress to suit my needs and budget

The gentleman in the Dumfries branch couldnt have been more helpful with my husband and I. So polite and didnt push us in any way which to us is always a bonus. Also honesty as it was a lot of money we were spending. recommend the store.

The range of beds, bed frames and mattresses is excellent. The options were numerous and could be tailored to our needs. The prices ranged from affordable to luxury so something for everyone. The sales assistant was excellent - he was very helpful without being pushy and his knowledge along with his customer service skills were superb. Wouldn't hesitate to go back to Bensons.

Our assistant Kristie was very friendly and helpful. She quickly understood our needs re a new mattress and showed us to the most suitable and ran through their different features. We were also impressed with the huge stock this store keeps. Would recommend Bensons to anyone.

Charlie and his colleague were extremely helpful as I was looking for a new mattress for a single electric bed. They allowed me time to make up my mind. I also wanted a new headboard and this was also purchased successfully. I found their knowledge of products was excellent.

All I can say is that my experience was very professional every thing explained and even when I got the size wrong changing the order was no problem
