A mixed bag
The P2P delivery and installation was excellent.
However, one would expect a) both the bed and the mattress would be delivered at the same time, and b) the customer would not be expected to make and agree the final delivery details with P2P.

Smooth from start to finish. Dad chose his bed and mattress with delivery at the end of the same week. Arrived on time and delivery on time with the details advised to me by telephone. Added extra of being delivered straight to room of choice. Excellent.
