Our salesman, Jamie was knowledgeable, friendly & patient. The showroom was very well laid out and even though we weren't spending a fortune he was happy to spend time helping us. He arranged a small amount of credit on our behalf as well as the delivery. The manufacturing time was reasonable and delivery time accurate. The mattress and pillows arrive on the specified date 29/10/26.

I was quoted one price on the day I viewed the mattress (25th August) but on returning to place the order a few days later the price had suddenly jumped by a significant amount - on deciding to reject the new price it suddenly dropped somewhat, but I still paid £50 more than the original quote which annoyed me.
