A brilliant experience. My husband I went to the store to purchase a king sized mattress. There were lots of options at good prices. At first we were nervous that we would be hounded by salesmen, but this was not the case. Shaun left us to browse, and when we were ready to purchase, he went through with the sale very smoothly and efficiently.

Salespeople had good knowledge of products. Didn't oversell - suggested base and mattress to suit my budget. My Salesperson, Peter, arranged to price match with his manager when I provided proof of online discount

Able to sample the mattresses on the beds was good. So much to chose from. Nearly every kind of bed was there to try. The salesman was very helpful but not pushy. Reduced display models if your budget was tight was good too.

Have great advice

I bought a double mattress from Bensons several years ago which I loved. I went to buy a king size in July and wanted to purchase the same mattress. After advice I was told I was buying the same mattress but it had been upgraded a bit since I bought my last one. After a couple of weeks of trying to sleep on the mattress (it was like concrete and gave me sore hips/back) I went back and discovered the mattress I was sold was not the same as my last one at all!! Luckily (as I was within 40 days) I was able to arrange for a new mattress (the one I wanted in the first place) to be delivered and the other, uncomfortable one, returned. It wasn't too much fuss and there was no cost but could have been avoided (as could my sore hip/back) if the correct mattress had been sold to me in the first place.
