Najeeb showed us around and gave us an excellent experience at Benson for Beds Enfield! He did the mattress test for us to find exactly what support we need and then showed us appropriate mattresses. Didn’t push expensive ones on us and genuinely wanted us to get the best deals. What a kind, funny and lovely member of staff - an asset to the company for sure. Can’t believe he’s new! Thank you Najeeb, can’t wait for our bed and mattress to arrive.

We came into Benson’s feeling sore and weary not only from our bad mattress but also from shopping for a mattress all week. Rushid immediately greeted us warmly, listened to our needs and quickly helped us find several great options before we found the perfect mattress at an unbelievable price. He also gave us time and privacy to really test and make a decision, arranged the fastest delivery possibly and surprised us with an extra discount so he could include the best pillows we’ve ever laid head on, all for less than we expected to pay! We’re excitedly awaiting our mattress but just these pillows already have made our tired backs feel much better! Thank you Rushid! We really appreciate all your help! <3

I initially dealt with a young lady who was most helpful and provided me with all the information I needed in making my choice of bed. I returned a few days later to make my purchase, this time, the Store Manager, Mark helped me complete my purchase. Excellent customer service.

The service in Bensons for Beds Enfield was brilliant. They were not pushy at all and they had a good product range. They were also knowledgeable in their product range. They are not usually too busy either. I would recommend this store 100%.

I found during my post sales visit to the branch the staff members and management comprising of Dilara and Rushid, tremendously helpful with my queries putting me at ease after confirming they knew of a handyman who specializes in assembling the type of wardrobe I purchased. Further into my query I found Danielle of the customer services team very friendly in addition to providing a permanent solution my query/issue.

Oh yes, I would both recommend Bensons for Beds to anyone including everyone I know.

Needed a new divan double bed so popped in to my local store (Enfield) I was served promptly & courtesy by Mark who has vast knowledge regards beds, mattresses etc & provided me with a fantastic combo of base & mattress. No usual upselling tactics, just a very honest approach which upon first impressions leaves a long lasting impression. My bed doesn't get delivered till 7th February so my review is based upon the service I received in store from Mark. I can't review or comment yet any further until I receive my new bed.
