Great choice and brilliant staff
All of the sales advisers were amazing, very kind and helpful. Plenty of mattresses to choose from, help when we needed it, and we were given all the time we needed to make a decision without any pressure at all. Ryan helped us again with the mattresses that I was looking at, he was very knowledgeable and explained the difference between each one, he made a recommendation about the mattress that would suit my needs best. Fabulous mattress, very pleased with it. Many thanks, we shall be recommending Bensons.

Dirty mattress
The in-store and delivery experience were great. Sales staff were helpful but not pushy and helped us get the best discount possible. Delivery was punctual and in time. However, there was a dirty mark on the mattress when up wrapped which was really disappointing - waiting to hear from customer services.
