Our sales person was Odette at the Gillingham store and she was very very helpful, patient, informative while giving us the space to try out the beds without the pressure of a sales person hovering over us. THANK YOU ODETTE - we are very much looking forward to our new beds xx

We took our mum to buy an adjustable bed and the service the customer assistant provided was brilliant. Helpful, polite and patient, she made the experience enjoyable for mum and easy for us.
The actual products were also very good with great movement, comfort and priced well. Although colour and material choices were limited.

Very pleasant experience
On entering the store I was greeted by a very nice gentleman who enquired about the type of bed I was looking for. He then showed me several beds within my price range which I tried before making my choice. As I find it hard to claim stairs I was taken to the lift which was a great help. The whole process of buying my new bed could not have been easier

Wendy was so helpful in your Gillingham Business Park store, I had been in before a few months ago and spoken to her then, and came back with my partner to make a final decision. She was helpful, patient, knowledgeable and we made a decision with her assistance, she was more than happy to answer any questions we had.
