Efficient and friendly from the moment we entered the store
Brilliant service from the moment we entered the shop. Odette answered our questions, directed us to where we needed to look and left us to choose. When we asked for her help she was there, no fuss, no bother, just a smooth transaction. Mattress ordered, date for delivery chosen, all so smoothly. We were kept informed by text to say when to expect it, on delivery day the driver phoned to say what time he would be here. Mattress arrived, the guys covered their shoes on entry, carried it to bedroom, placed it and all was done. I would highly recommend this efficient, friendly service.

Great experience. Buying a bed is such a difficult thing to get it right. Thanks to Zared who made it far less difficult. So knowledgable . He pointed us in the right direction, didn’t crowd us when trying and discussing all the different components we needed to suit us. So much to choose from. Zared you were great, thank you. Had a problem with my mattress which was still under guarantee. Contacted BfB and within a few days was offered an exchange. Visited the Gillingham store. The staff were lovely, friendly and knowledgeable. Ordered a new mattresss and some pillows, very straightforward process

The whole process was carried out with professionalism. The salesman was not pushy, he listened to our needs and offered suitable products. We were kept in the loop throughout and prior to the delivery, texts were received and on the day, a phone call was made by the delivery team giving a time of delivery.
