The whole process was carried out with professionalism. The salesman was not pushy, he listened to our needs and offered suitable products. We were kept in the loop throughout and prior to the delivery, texts were received and on the day, a phone call was made by the delivery team giving a time of delivery. Excellent professional service all round.

The sales person Richard was excellent he identified what we wanted straight away and took us to the correct product.We were undecided between the one he showed us and one next door in Dreams.We came back to Bensons and Richard really helped to make our decision. Bensons seem to employ much better sales staff than Dreams!!

Paid for a mattress and arranged delivery. I also arranged for my old mattress to fe collected by the council on the same day. Now you inform me you are delaying delivery for another two weeks!!

Fantastic
We visited the store and was greeted by Odette.
Her customer service skills were excellent and made us feel welcomed into the store, offered all the help and advice we needed but without asking too many question or wanting to sell us something we didn’t want.
We felt free to look about without a sales person breathing down our necks or tracking our every move. It was a great experience and a lot of other stores (Dreams being one) could learn a thing or two from Odette.
Our shopping experience was so good we ended up buying two beds and will happily recommend anyone into your store!
