It was not mentioned that I could no longer use my electric underblanket on my Tempur mattress, nor was I made aware that the extremely noxious smell from the mattress would render my bedroom unusable for a week (or more). Currently I have been sleeping on the sofa for four nights...and counting! I have followed instructions concerning "off-gassing" and some Tempur reviews advise this for SIX WEEKS!
The bed won't be delivered for another 3 months, so perhaps you'd like to get in touch again at the end of the summer, when I've had a chance to sample both my purchases!

The friendly and helpful and knowledgable staff, and prompt delivery.

We popped into Bensons for Beds just to browse, but Jagvir took the time to help us choose our beds. He was very helpful, professional, and provided excellent customer service throughout our visit. We really appreciated his patience and knowledge. Thank you for making the experience so pleasant.

My son needed a new bedframe and mattress, and I needed a new mattress. We went to the Guildford branch where Zared helped us. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and very friendly.He showed us options, and talked us through them, and recommended mattress covers, and pillows. For a reasonable chare, the goods will be delivered, the bed assembled, and the mattresses put in place.Great service.

We were greeted warmly, the store layout explained clearly and our questions answered. It was an easy process to order the mattress and to select a convenient delivery date. Thank you.

Guys in the store in Guildford were excellent

The enthusiastic but polite sales assistant took special care to understand my needs and provided honest, objective advice. I felt very well supported in making my choice of mattresses and was confident to make a purchase that day.

Very helpful in the shop. Delivery men did a first class job removing old very heavy super king mattress and bringing the new one upstairs. Overall very pleased with the service - and keeping us informed with delivery time.

5 star experience from start to finish. Salesman was extremely helpful and knowledgeable which gave us confidence we had ordered the correct bed. We were kept well informed about the delivery and the delivery men were friendly, efficient and helpful.

Visited the store to research buying a new bed and mattress. The choices are endless when making such a purchase but Daron was very knowledgeable and helpful which made my final choice very easy.

Bought a pillow top mattress, but i felt it too hot for my liking. Asked for a mattress exchange in Bensons, and my request was granted. I only have to pay for the transport. Excelent customer service by Bensons

Impressed by the posh Guildford store & helpful salesperson I bought x2 refurbished new mattresses for my budget, reassuring me that they were strictly tested and as new!

After a wait x2 mattresses where delivered (delivery men where great) but they left packaging on! One mattress was massively dented 10 cm dip, clearly slept in for months by someone very heavy, calling the store the staff were now unhelpful and didn’t give a damn,I was told if I want a refund I will need to take them to the small claims court.

I requested to speak to the manager! Turns out he’s arrogant, aggressive, tried to palm me off that the mattress was damaged by delivery staff, or made like that,, which was a joke as I ordered 2 and had a direct comparison, he was argumentative and ignorant of my rights! He showed no empathy and had no intention of helping me, nasty man,very rude,I was told store staff are there to sell, they are on commission and it wasn’t his problem, it was only when I threatened to deliver his damaged sub stand miss sold mattress back to his shop the complaint was escalated to the complaints department who where helpful! This company is very dis-jointed the shops clearly don’t speak to the office staff! Senior managers are not aware of how staff are behaving!! Store Manager and sales staff are clearly not trained! They tell lies, trying to force you to keep a sub-standard item..
DO NOT BUY FROM THEIR GUILDFORD STORE!! Really nasty, selfish and unhelpful staff who are just interested in the money not client satisfaction!!😡😡😡😡😡😡
