From ordering my mattress to the delivery Bensons For Beds were brilliant.
I was given a delivery date and 2hr delivery slot,the 2 gentlemen who delivered the mattress then rang me to say they were approximately 15mins.away.
They then took the mattress to the room of my choice,and removed all the packaging.
Couldn’t be happier with the mattress and the service I was given.

Friendly, professional customer focussed service
On entering the Guiseley store I was welcomed by Olivia, who quickly understood my needs. Without fuss I tried the 'test' bed to ascertain the best mattress type for me. Several beds later I decided what I needed - no pressure to go for expensive option. I left the store very happy with my experience. I just hope the reality of actually sleeping in my new bed lives up to expectations.
