Too pushy sales person, recommending extra add on products when I made it clear just wanted a mattress. Also not keen on fact we felt "pounced on " as soon as we entered shop as 4 salespeople just waiting around a desk for customers.

It was a great experience, I would recommend bensons for beds to anyone from buying the bed at the Guiseley Leeds store, to the delivery people delivering the bed everybody nice and polite and excellent at their part of the job. I really love my bed.

A lovely sales lady in Guiseley
A lovely sales lady in Guiseley, Angie, very helpful and knowledgeable. We were disappointed with the delivery, on the plus side we were well informed on delivery time etc but disappointed that the mattress was just kind of dumped in our hall. We're in our 70s and we'd thought the delivery lads would unpack it from the plastic and at the least put it in the bedroom for us, or better still lay it on the bed for us. We really struggled. The mattress itself is lovely and we're very happy with it so far.

The whole experience was perfect
The whole experience was perfect. Olivia who served us was the most helpful and knowledgeable person we've ever dealt with!! She made the difficult task of choosing the correct divan, mattress etc. so easy and went out of her way to ensure we made the right choice.

Shame to have to leave this for what is likely an automated service, but really spoils the otherwise excellent customer service this far.
Surely your system could be setup to not ask for reviews until X days/months after the customer has received the product. Spamming them with emails before they have received the product is only going to end in negative reviews/experience

Good service
The sales assistant was very helpful, to the extent of bouncing around on the opposite side of each bed I laid on so I could gauge the level of movement! Quite amusing! She had good knowledge and didn't rush me in my decision making.
Communication was good following my order and delivery went to schedule. I received my delivery slot about 3 days in advance plus a call on the day to advise me of ETA. All good service.

We popped into our local branch of…
We popped into our local branch of Bensons for Beds (Guiseley) to have a tentative look for a new bed.
We were shown 5 different makes of beds, and all the different types of mattresses.
We were left to browse and not given the hard sell.
After a professional and friendly discussion with Liv, we decided to purchase a bed, mattress and headboard there and then.
On the strength of Liv's helpfulness, if you are considering buying a new bed but not sure what you want, we would highly recommend a visit to this branch, you will not be disappointed.
We are looking forward to having our new bed delivered soon 😀
