We visited twice, no pressure just really helpful staff. Worked out what type of mattress we wanted & after looking around at other places decided to go back. Picked up a nice black Friday discount on the base & headboard. Perhaps not the cheapest, but do feel well looked after & have a great bed.

Brilliant experience purchasing a new mattress.…
I my wife had called into the Bensons store in Guiseley about 3 weeks ago with the possibility of purchasing a new mattress for our bed. The young lady allowed us to view the excellent range of mattresses on offer without any pressure to buy which was very good. After deciding which one we would like we returned to the store to look again and decided to purchase the one we liked. The manager and the young lady were very kind and helpful and made things very easy when dealing with the purchase. The assistant I believe is called Angie who very kindly put the purchase through under the name of the first assistant that we saw previously who I believe is called Liv. The manager, David, was also very obliging and welcoming and made our visit very pleasant and well worth 5 stars,

My search for the right sofa bed
The staff at Bensons for beds were polite and very helpful for my entire experience. I wanted to purchase a small sofa bed. I was shown what was available, how to assemble , and the colours available. In all I was very impressed from start to finish and there was no "hard sell" ! I would definitely recommend.

Easy process from start to finish. Excellent service in store no pressure from sales staff they have good knowladge of products. Explained about care of products. Good delivery time arrived within 2 weeks of order. Good communication re delivery. Delivery time given a 2 hr slot . Driver rang 30 mins before delivery. Delivery was on time, delivered by 2 very plesant helpful and professional gentalmen. Delivered with care for product and my home. Would recommend highly
