The staff were very helpful
The staff were very helpful, they greeted us as we walked in, asked if we would like any help and left us to have a look around. I don’t like being hounded by staff trying to get a sale, if this happens I walk out. The staff in the Guiseley store were lovely and answered any questions that I had.

Excellent customer experience
Excellent customer services from Tanisha who let us browse before speaking to us which was great. I personally hate staff who follow you round a store & push for a sale. This was not the case with Tanisha. She quickly found my order of 5 years previous and gave good feedback on the products on offer. She was really helpful and knowledgeable about the products on sale too and went above and beyond to make sure i was happy with my purchase.
Tanisha is an absolute credit to the team at Guiseley store.
Thank you for all your help and cannot wait for delivery of my new purchase 😊

Very helpful staff
I found the sales person who assisted me in store to be very helpful but without being pushy. She showed me a good range of mattresses, didn't rush me, and understood my budget needs. She explained how the delivery process would work and what the additional costs would be and was happy for me to go away and think about it rather than push me into a sale there and then.
