What a happy and fun experience it was purchasing our new mattress. The staff at Guiseley are so lovely, helpful but above all friendly. They listened to our current issues, past purchases, that were not always good choices, and gave us totally unbiased advice.
Angie who was the main sales lady was so friendly and very approachable yet not in the least pushy. She gave us time to try all the different ones and gave us time alone to discuss our decision. Dave ? The manager was very supportive of Angie giving her help when she needed further advice. Really fun afternoon, so much so my intention to spend around £500 resulted in a £2k sale.well done Guiseley

Invaluable advice
Selecting a new bed is a major decision, with a vast array of options on offer in terms of mattress, headboard and base. Both David and Olivia presented the various options with great clarity so that my partner and I were able to make an informed choice. Above all, we appreciated the opportunity to experience varying degress of mattress firmness using the technology on the test bed. Sorting everything out and arranging delivery was very straightforward.

The assistant Liv was excellent with her time and patient, showing me all the different beds and matresses that would fit my requirements, even going back over the same item a number of times.
