Using a specialist made all the difference!
My wife and I visited about 6 outlets in High Wycombe over the space of a few days. We needed to buy two beds and two mattresses. Bensons for Beds distinguished themselves with a great selection to choose from and a wonderful member of staff (Liliana) who advised us. Don’t honour the warranty
Purchased one of the iGel mattresses. Comes with a 10 year warranty. After year 4 It’s no longer supportive and sinks in the middle as you lay on it. They asked for pictures (not sure what that achieves) and then said it’s standard wear and tear without coming and assessing it. You can’t tell from looking at it. £1300 down the drain. Customer care that couldn’t care less. Replacement will be purchased elsewhere.
Updated. The reply to the bad feedback just saying sorry and you understand the disappointment, doesn’t help anyone. We’re still stuck with a mattress that’s failed within warranty and you still don’t care.

Great experience and support in the store by Ricky. He didn’t push up into making a quick decision and was there to answer as many questions as we had.
We had a seamless delivery by Adrian and Jack! We have a spiral staircase which made it difficult, but they managed to get the mattress up quickly. They both went above and beyond - thank you!

A Decade Later and Still Sleeping Easy with Bensons
We recently visited Bensons for Beds High Wycombe as we were looking to replace a mattress we originally bought from them around 10 years ago and wanted something as close as possible to what we already loved.
Paul in the store was absolutely excellent. He couldn’t have been more helpful, knowledgeable, patient and never pushy. There was no hard sell or attempt to upsell; instead, he took the time to explain a range of similar mattresses and encouraged us to try them all so we could make the right choice.
He also worked out a great payment plan for us, and our new mattress is being delivered next week. Overall, a really positive, stress-free experience. Highly recommend!

New Bedroom
The shop assistant was very helpful and had plenty of time to help us make a decision about new bedroom furniture, a bed and a mattress. Our furniture arrived on time and the delivery guys were great. We purchased the oak Edmonton range - bed , cabinets and wardrobe. It was all very well packaged and seems to be sturdy furniture. We probably should have asked a few more questions when purchasing as we hadn't appreciated that the wardrobe needed to be built as well as the bed. It took a long time but the instructions were clear.
