The delivery driver called me to tell me when they going to arrive and they were on time delivered the mattress to the room I pointed to. Also removed the old one. Great service.

Great mattress for firm sleeping
Verry pleased with the new Artisan firm mattress we bought from High Wycombe store. We walked around, trying out different mattresses and we found few to chose from.
We are very grateful to Liliana which helped and gave us all info on exactly the type of mattress we need it. She was helpful, attentive and very professional.
The eco friendly mattress is really comfortable, perfectly firm and provide great support.
The delivery was delayed with 2 weeks but it was not an issue for us.
Kept informed all the way along and delivered as promised.
The whole process from purchase, customer service and delivery was excellent.

Great service buying bed, mattress and cabinets
Liliana helped us choose and order several items and made sure everything was available and tied up a delivery date. She was very welcoming, left us to look around and offered some suggestions without putting any pressure on us to make a purchase. A great representative of the business.

Earlier summer purchase prompts return to buy again
Earlier in the summer we purchased a new King sized bed and UK manufactured mattress. We were so satisfied with the service received across this company that it was a no-brainer to return to the same store when we needed to purchase a sofa bed.

Superb product knowledge from Paul
Pauls product knowledge was amazing. He also took the time to show us other like for like products within a similar price range before we made our final choice so that we could make an informed decision. Paul was not pushy at all and we found him to be genuinely helpful. We would not hesitate to return to him should we need anything else in the future.

Fantastic service & choice
I didn't go into the Bensons For Beds store to buy a bed, just to have a look as I had time to kill. But the friendly, warm service from Paul was excellent. He was helpful & informative without being pushy in the slightest. We bought a bed and we are over the moon with the service we received. The bed is being delivered next month (our choice to delay as we need to get the room ready)

We were surprised at the wide range and number of beds
We were surprised at the attention we were given and the knowledge that Jagvir had. The wide range and number of beds was also a pleasant surprise. We had expected Bensons to be our first port of call in a long day but ended up making a new bed purchase.

An excellent shopping experience
We were served by Rickey who was warm friendly extremly knowledgable and made us feel at home. We really felt like he was trying to find us the right product to suit our specific needs and not trying to sell us the most expensive product. He was relaxed and we did not feel pressure to buy or make a quick derision. Rickey took time and care and made a recommendation that was really on the money when it came to our needs and budget. It was a very enjoyable shopping experience.
