Buying beds at Bensons
To looking for a bed to buying one to delivery was a good experience. Mark at the Huddersfield store was exceptionally helpful. I told him what I wanted and he directed us to the beds to look at and left us to it at our request. Mark came back sometime later to ask how we were getting on, by this time we had practically decided and after a few questions we went ahead and bought the beds he was so helpful

Fantastic customer service
I used the live chat function on your website. It was FANTASTIC! This is the second time I have bought a bed from you and both times I have had exemplary customer service. This time, I used live chat, which was answered instantly by Nigel at your Huddersfield store. He was so helpful and sorted everything out for me quickly and expertly. Nowadays it’s unusual to experience such brilliant customer service. I can’t praise Nigel highly enough. I will recommend Bensons to anyone I know who’s looking to buy a bed!

Exceptional customer service
Liam, the sales representative was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. He listened to our requirements throughout our visit. There was no pressure to sign an agreement there and then. We eventually decided to purchase an Ottoman bed and Slumberland mattress.

Excellent service
The member of staff gave us all of the information that we required and then left us alone for us to view the beds which meant that we didn't feel under pressure. Once we had found what we were wanting we found the gentleman and he then went through all of our options.
The delivery date that came up on the system didn't suit us so he manged to split the order so that it did.
