We visited Bensons unsure of which mattress we needed. The lady who served us was patient, polite, and very knowledgeable about the various products

Helpful that we were able to try out various beds and mattresses in store (Keighley) before buying from Bensons' online site. However, poor woman in the shop was all on her own the Sunday we went in. She was obviously struggling with having to simultaneously attend to more than one potential customer and keep alive everyone's interest in making a purchase. We would have bought from the shop but we ran out of time. Would suggest to Bensons you need more than one member of staff even on a Sunday.

Ruby was very helpful. My husband and I bought 2 wardrobes with the assistance of Ruby, she was very informative about the whole process from ordering through to delivery. She helped us select the right colour and also provided the necessary information to ensure the dimensions were appropriate for our bedrooms and that the inner fixtures were suitable for us.

Helpful knowledgeable staff. Recommended trying for as long as needed.on a few different ones. Even went back a second time. Listened to my needs and recommended mattresses. And not just very expensive ones! Got good deal with extras as a perk. Never purchased a good mattress before. Buying from
Argos previously. But with getting older I had noticed the need for a decent one. Excellent advice given regarding the mattress and aftercare needed. Both members of staff were attentive and helpful and I could tell it wasn’t just a job for them. My experience mattered to them.
Will always recommend in future and when I need a new mattress (hopefully not for quite few years) I will definitely be back.

Ruby ( Emmanuel) was a great help, she gave us space but helped guide us to the best choice, she explained all the bed technology and even kept the store open for an extra hour to help us decide and make our purchase. When she wasn't 100% sure of one aspect she sought help from her colleague , rather than gloss over or make something up.

Way and above best customer service and sales I've experienced in some time.

Our previous bed was from the same store and had lasted many years, and there is great choice of beds, mattresses and a range of prices as well as good finance at 0%.

Top marks for Bensons for recruitment amd training their staff, and empowering their staff to look after their customers.

Perhaps to improve consider late opening on maybe two nights a week, and making sure that each store has optimum range of mattress firmness as the odd option has two of the same in each range.

I found the mattress I wanted at a good discount. Service was friendly and efficient and delivery was prompt.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, I told them what I wanted and my budget and they showed my options with advice.Could not fault the shop.

We were greatly helped by Hadiga in choosing new mattresses. She tested us regarding softness or hardness of mattresses then showed us all the options and explained their features. Highly recommended.

It was my first time to visit Benson’s Beds and I’m so glad I did. A lovely gentleman Paul served us. He was very attentive, friendly, professional and helpful.
He helped to choose the perfect bed for my needs. There is a stunning range of beds for all types with different needs and reasonably priced. Some have good discounts.
Now my daughter is planning to visit for a new bed for herself.

Called in to simply check out matresses and ended up with a new one. The staff were more than helpful without "hovering" over us, especially Hadiqa in the Keighley branch who went over and above to help wih her friendly advise.

Big display area and great choice of mattresses. I had seen two mattresses online that i was interested in so went to my nearest store to look at and try as i would not buy without first seeing if they sorted my needs. The sales lady Ruby found these, and after i had 'tested' and we had discused i made my decision. I also purchased the bodyguard option after Ruby explained the benefits. I now eagerly await delivery of my mattress.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Bensons for Beds. I ordered a bed for my 86-year-old mum, specifically requesting a low bed base due to her mobility issues. Unfortunately, the bed delivered was much too high, making it unsafe for her to use.

My mum was in the store testing beds, and the salesperson saw firsthand how difficult the high beds were for her. Despite this, the wrong bed was delivered. When I contacted the store manager and customer services, they were unhelpful and dismissive, repeatedly implying that I was mistaken. Instead of addressing the problem, they passed me around between departments, wasting my time and causing immense frustration. To make matters worse, the salesperson who assisted me initially was only helping out in that store, and I was told to find this salesperson and speak to them directly to resolve the issue, which was utterly impractical.

Adding to the poor experience, the delivery team broke the bathroom door handle while delivering the bed. We are not bed experts; we rely on the store to meet our specific requirements and needs, especially for someone with mobility issues. Despite explaining the urgency and potential hazard, I was forced to pay extra for a replacement low bed base. This experience has been incredibly stressful and disappointing. I expected better customer care and responsiveness, especially given the circumstances. I will not be recommending Bensons for Beds to anyone in the future. Quick to take your money but not willing to help
