Melvyn at Kidderminster branch helped us with selecting the right bed and we went back to him to purchase our wardrobe. There was a problem with the size of the one-piece bed headboard on delivery day (unable to get round the stair well corner in our house). The delivery guys and central customer service sorted it straightaway and, ultimately, Melvyn organised replacement. This made it all a non-stressful time and things rectified straightaway. Needless to say, we had an amazing first night’s sleep on our new bed and look forward to new style headboard and then wardrobe in coming weeks.

Tom was the colleague that helped me and my partner, he had so much patience and care. He was very personable and friendly, we had a lovely experience and are extremely happy with our purchases

We were served by Nathan, who was either very well trained or a natural. His customer service was excellent. He provided us with the information we needed, gave us space to try bed and mattresses, but was always nearby if we needed more information.
He knew about the different construction for beds and mattresses, provided positives and negatives for each type. He did not push us into making a decision, simply providing all the information we needed to make it ourselves.
With a good range of products, this is our second purchase from Bensons in the past few years and would go back again with future requirements.

We visited the Kidderminster branch and from start to finish Tom was an absolute delight. He was helpful, considerate and showed a genuine interest in our situation. He went above and beyond to look out for our best interests and even managed to keep our toddler busy whilst he helped us. Honestly can’t recommend the branch (and specifically Tom) enough!
