Very helpful and friendly staff with great knowledge of products and services

great customer service , provided lots of helpful advice, were showed through many options and helped us find what table was best suited for us. as soon as we walked in we were made to feel welcome and knew they were going to be helpful staff.

Tom was really helpful. Said that I didn’t want the bed just yet as I’ve got to decorate. It was no problem, but can’t wait.

Went in looking for a mattress in the store in Kidderminster
Thomas the sales guy was very helpful and explained all the mattress in full and which was the best for us. He was very polite and we didn't feel pushed into buying one which I like. Would deffo recommend

Did not start out well when i bought some bedroom furniture, items arrived with parts missing however Bensons customer service and in particular thanks to Ashley who went all out to put things right and thus the 5 Star Review

Far to often these days customer service is done outside the UK and with that can come issues, so good to find Bensons are UK based and their staff go the extra mile to help and put things right.

Being on the highstreet is hard in the current climate far to often companies shift everything online so it's refreshing to find a furniture chain that has well stocked showrooms, clean and tidy, filled with quality items at fair prices, not forgetting the very helpfull (Not Pushy) sales people.

Thank you Bensons, as i said at the start did not start out well however you have got me and other faimly members as loyal customers, i will be back.

The delivery element, ( bensons have their own vans and drivers) also excellent, drivers are polite, helpfuf, and respectfull, they keep you informed before delivery, arrive on time, and don't block the whole street.

Finally, one thing that Bensons do that i don't think they shout about enough is build the furniture in your bedroom at no extra cost!, plus take away all the packaging, boxes, and plastic, another nice touch that set's them appart from the online sellers.

After visiting a number of stores looking to buy a new bed , we entered Bensons in Kidderminster, What a wonderful experience much different from other stores
On entering 2 staff said Good Morning and left us to browse through the ground floor , Nathan approached us saying are you ok ( we said yes can we continue to look ) of course he said just call me if you need any help or questions
We had lots of questions which Nathan answered he was extremely helpful and patient and when we said we were going to think about it , said that was fine and chatted about football !!
We came out of the store had a coffee and went straight back in , ordering goods worth £3,000,
We were able to make a choice suitable for us without being followed round the store telling us about items we were not interested in
In other stores we eventually we left because of pushy sales staff
