Buying a bed made easy with Bensons
I knew I needed a new bed, but kept putting it off as it can be confusing as there are so many options out there. Went into Bensons to try to understand what would be best for me. Was browsing around the numerous displays and a lovely lady asked if I would like some assistance. She took time to explain about the differences between mattresses and after identifying what I required, showed me a range that would meet all that I requested. She was very knowledgeable and patient and made me feel less anxious about the whole experience of buying on my own.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. They did not follow me or pressure me into a sale which was excellent. Prices very reasonable and products always of good quality. Very happy shopper!

Knowledgeable and helpful without being too pushy
The shop assistant was knowledgable and helpful. She provided good suggestions but also gave me space to try things for myself. I also tried the bed simulator but didn’t find it that helpful - the equivalent simulator in other stores provides better information.

Our first Tempur mattress bed
Tempur Original Elite with an ottoman base.
