A friendly staff member who introduced herself as Isobel approached us on entering Bensons for beds to welcome us in the Kilmarnock store. She gave us information on the bedroom furniture that my wife and I were looking at, before leaving us to browse. The store was well stocked with plenty of choice and options available, with a 20% discount on offers to purchase over a certain amount, there was also interest free credit available. We eventually settled on a new mattress, Isobel talked us through our purchase, including offering a deal which we accepted. Overall it was a good experience, Isobel knew her products well and answered all question we asked. We are very happy customers.

When I walked into the store I wasn’t pounced on right away. I was allowed to wander round the store myself. Kristine knew what she was talking about and soon found out what I was looking for
