Went in with my mother in law as we thought she had overpaid for a mattress and bed base. The manager was most helpful and he helped us get a better deal for a bed. His service was first class. My mother in law left with £500 back in her pocket plus a bed with headboard and drawers that she initially wanted. He definitely went over and above with his customer service.

The mattress experience
Your employee was very attentive, listened to our needs and guided us towards several products that would fit said needs. Then he went it further detail of each product to allow us to make an informed decision. This related to mattresses, pillows and the ongoing maintenance of both. Such input persuaded to purchase another mattress and pillows for our son.
