Good experience
Shop staff were very helpful, I thought beds were expensive, but that’s because I haven’t bought one for years! Everything was explained and went through mattress fit. Only issue was they don’t deliver on a day that suited had to take a day off, couldn’t deliver Monday or Tuesday which is my days off but delivery was quick and easy men very professional on the day.

Amazing and welcoming staff
Lovely guy called Gabriel put aside a mattress protector which my husband collected in Monday 6th April from an equally lovely lady. I don't think she believed that it was also my husbands birthday as well as the Gabriel I spoke to a few days before on the phone. Wonderful service in store. Thank them please in our behalf.
I simply wanted an extra deep (45cm) mattress protector for my new ottoman divan (purchased elsewhere) and they couldn't have been more helpful both on the phone and instore.
Only gripe is that the delivery cost was £10..... ouch!!!!! On a £39.99 product that is a 25% increase. However, the store is only 9 miles away, and Gabriel kept one aside for me, for collection by hubby as he was passing.

Mattress has dipped by almost 2 inches…
Mattress has dipped by almost 2 inches in 2 years been told the slats on bed frame are 2cm too wide and I have not been caring or using it properly. 10 year guarantee is worthless

Sealy Bronte
We purchased a Sealy Bronte mattress in medium firmness and found the whole process friendly and professional. The sales woman was helpful, talking us a through a few different options. Managed to save a couple hundred pounds in sale too. The delivery men accidentally broke our hall blind, they acknowledged this and Bensons’ customer service team phoned later that day. We got a quote from a local blind company for like for like and we were refunded the full amount on receipt of a copy of the quote. First week on the new mattress and my back and hips are feeling much better already. The missus likes it too. Superb!
