We were upstairs in the shop looking at beds and ready foe buying we looked for a shop assistant for 20 mins up stairs and had to go down. The the assistant down stair to which he was not very helpful at all and very short with his answers we bought the bed. And we have been and bought beds before but with the customer service I received this time I wod find you hard to recommend

Without the staff member it would have taken us a lot longer and we'd have ended up buying something not quite perfect for our needs.

Great choice of beds and given good advice

We were spoken to as soon as we entered the store.
Then left to browse, once we decided on a bed frame we were shown different mattresses by the sales person and he was very helpful.
