Excellent service by Mo the sales person out his way to help and explain everything

Our helper was a great help, friendly service and very knowledgeable on the products. He was called Mo I'd say that he's a keeper as he couldn't be more helpful.

The assistant Debbie, who helped me, was incredibly patient and explained things very clearly to me and didn’t mind at all repeating things if I needed it. She gave the impression that she had all the time in the world for me.

The salesman at the store was called Mo. He was so helpful and pleasant. 5 stars for Mo - a salesman that you can trust.

The range was good, The sales assistant very helpful and proactive without being obtrusive. I think the charges for assembly and removal could be rather more prominent. Overall a positive experience.

Syd was a great salesman. Helpful, informative but not too pushy. He let us decide in our own time and really listened to what we were looking for. He also helped us set up online finance in-store when it wouldn't work from our end.

Not being rushed into a sell , spent a lot of time trying out every mattress.
I went away then came back the following day. I was reassured and helped with all my questions,when I had decided on the best mattress for me I was given a delivery date and time.
My mattress arrived on time as promised.
I want to say a Big thank you to Tim at the Lancaster Store for all his help.

Great range and service

The staff were very helpful and informative

The sales assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful without being in your face. The store was clean and tidy and nice to see smiling faces on all the assistants.

I had never shopped at at Bensons before so didn’t know what to expect, from first walking in to my local branch I was welcomed by Tim who asked how could he help, I explained what I was looking for and was asked to follow him upstairs once there he showed me one of the options I wanted to see, after trying it out he then showed me my other option and straight away I knew I had found the ideal bed and base for us, I asked how much the pillows were that I’d use to try the beds out, after he told me the price he asked if we were side sleeper (which we both are) as these pillows are designed for side sleepers I asked him to add two to my order. Then it was on to headboards again I knew what I wanted and chose the colour that would match the bed, now for the bedding box there were quite a few to choose from and decided on one to match the headboard.
Then it was time to arrange delivery, a date was given but if I needed to change it for any reason I can do up to a few day before the delivery date.
Paid for all my items and thanked Tim for all his help he was an utter gentleman.
I would hesitate in shopping at Bensons again it was an enjoyable experience.
