Great Company
Great company to do business with very helpful and listened to my sleep problems and recommended a mattress which seemed appropriate at the time, but unfortunately i ended up with pain in my joints. This wasn't a problem with Bensons For Beds they changed my mattress without any problems i am very pleased and i am now sleeping soundly. Thank you Bensons For Beds.

Craig at the Leeds office was very helpful and spent time to answer all our questions. Michael and Luther who delivered and constructed the bed frame were careful, polite and explained everything. We have now slept on the bed and are delighted.

Good, but uncomfortable shop experience
Generally a brilliant, seamless experience. The delivery drivers were great, very friendly and helpful. The store assistant we dealt with was also great and helpful, however when we initially walked into the shop, there were a couple of younger staff members gathered round whispering and giggling quietly while looking up at us as we walked through, which made us feel a little bit uncomfortable - If we hadn't have seen the bed we wanted online and fallen in love with it in the store, we would have walked out. Very unprofessional.
