No nonsense sensible advice. Good service , from a knowledgable salesman.

Me and my partner went to the store not knowing the first thing about beds and the staff member there was perfect. She showed us all the different styles and listened to what we wanted and what we didn’t and also went into amazing detail about the beds and the prices and comparisons between the different styles and seemed very knowledgeable. She was very quick to jump in and help us didn’t push us to get a bed that was too expensive for us but she was wonderful and a credit to the company

Shop staff, were knowledgable and helpful, Bensons kept me up-to-date with my beds progress, delivery was spot on time and the drivets were quick, cheerful and efficient.
What more can you ask for.

Very helpful in choosing the correct mattress for us, nothing was too much trouble and I would highly recommend. Colin and Reece who came to for our bed were extremely efficient friendly and worked so hard, nothing was a problem and were very accommodating, top blokes!!

Our initial in store experience was great, we were browsing and were welcomed by Sonya at the Leeds Birstsall store. She listened to what we wanted, directed us and offered us the mattress simulator to determine what would be best for us. She provided different price options and extras, talked through everything we needed to know - was warm, friendly and knowledgeable.
Whilst our delivery was a little late, the driver called to explain. The delivery people were warm and friendly. We opted for a build service. Dave (Hessy) was a lovely guy, explained everything he’d do, timings etc. showed us the finished build to make sure we were happy. All in all great service would recommend

The shop at Birstall is outdated and shabby, next to dreams it doesn’t really draw you in. I went in because I have bought from you before in another store. I had been in plenty of other bed shops that day and tried out the electric beds. Yours was by far the most comfortable in my opinion if a little old fashioned. Has a wire instead of wireless which is a nuisance. Also no single button setting for the weightless sleep pattern all the others had. All in all I should have gone straight back to Dreams. If it wasn’t for the unbelievable mattress (not memory foam) I would have.
Went home thought about my experience and ordered online, which was fairly easy to do.
Then came the lengthy wait for my bed a little longer than I would have liked, but after all that I’m happy with my bed thank you.
Another thing the delivery company could do with updating, they were a nightmare.

Quick and friendly service

The salesman Craig was first class he knew your products and ranges with specific details he made us feel welcome gave us the space to go through your showroom by ourselves not overselling your company we did not feel pressured to try and buy. He gave expert advise and really listened to us as customers and our budget and worked with us to ensure we received the bed we liked in our budget the mattress that suited by the power of the bed machine did not manage to upsell any extras to us i.e. pillars and protectors but I will be back without the husband to buy our most suitable pillars and mattress topper!! he gave us all the care information we needed to make the most out of product and mattress in maintenance requirements etc. Brilliant overall and a real credit to your company and how excellence in customer service should look like we went to Dreams prior to Bensons and the customer experience we received from them was horrible compared to Craig they were pushy and always behind your shoulder. I would totally recommend Bensons to all of my friends and colleagues especially Craig he should be head of customer care training!

Great delivery mattresses taken to each room, bought rolled mattresses, came great in less than 24 hours, very comfy

We had a fantastic experience at Bensons for Beds thanks to Lena. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to really understand what we were looking for. Lena explained the different options clearly without any pressure, and her advice made choosing the right bed much easier.
Excellent customer service from start to finish professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. A real credit to the store. Highly recommended!
