Great experience today
Sales assistant Casey was very helpful, didn't force himself on us unlike the team at Dreams! Knowledgeable about the beds. Explained the service available and the warranties once I was close to choosing so I felt fully informed.

Delivery team were excellent 👌.
Although last week the delivery team was given the wrong mattress. As promised the correct mattress arrived today. The delivery team were friendly and efficient and arrived within the 2hr time slot.

Astounding
Astounding. I was in the shop less than 10 minutes. I needed a hybrid soft to medium mattress , to help me recover from a knee operation. Gemma showed me the stock , invoiced me and met me at the loading point with my purchase. Was like a drive thru !
Mattress is exactly what I needed , 2 nights of comfortable sleep so far ! Thank you !!

Great service until delivery
Was great until the bed arrivef
Unfortunately the headed came damaged, after waiting a month for my bed I now have to wait another month for a replacement headboard. I’ve also discovered that the base with 4 draws is useless. 2 draws completely useless as headboard stops them from opening. Wish I hadn’t bothered doesn’t nearly £2500

Helpful staff
