I felt very comfortable with the sale staff whom displayed good knowledge of the product I was seeking to purchase - therefore it was a smooth sales transaction. The delivery service was excellent which run to a well managed timetable and the delivery staff
were very good - overall a well packaged sale.

Great customer service from the moment we walked into store until we had our bed and mattress delivered last week. Am very confident that the after care will also be good.

After trying out my new bed and mattress,Slumberland Air 3.0 for a while, I found the mattress was not right for me. I contacted Bensons Lincoln to ask about my right to exchange it and my request was dealt with straight away. Within a few weeks my new mattress arrived and the other taken away on the same day. Pleased with everything from purchasing to delivery and setting up the bed Casey in the Lincoln shop was very helpful and polite as were Wojciech and Brian when they delivered the bed.

Joe from the Lincoln store was friendly and very efficient at helping me find the right mattress as soon as I walked in and he made sure I knew all of my options. The whole process was very simple and a pleasant experience :) I also really appreciate the optional paid service of taking your old mattress away for you when they deliver the new one, really useful and worth it for me.

From help in the show room through to assembly in our bedroom, everything was perfect.

Staff were great during the store visit and this was followed by a timely and efficient delivery service.

Great experience, sales people were very laid back! I came back 4 times and spent over an hour making sure I'd got the right mattress for my needs after my last purchase was too hard. Great job peeps!

Everyone was helpful from start to finish, both in store and on delivery. No pushy sales techniques. Easy to manage my order online when delaying delivery for our new house. Bed delivery was seamless, they took care to protect my carpets and not cause damage. Put bed together well and gave a talk through of the bed. No complaints at all. Sturdy solid bed, mattress is delicious, I sleep like a baby and no longer have back pain

The lady in the show room was young but very polite and knowledgeable and showed us a lot of mattresses. We mulled it over and decided to nip next door to another competitor the lady was not as nice and less friendly. So we went back to Bensons (Lincoln) and bought a well made mattress plus 6 memory film pillows, that lady will go far, On delivery the two blokes were polite and friendly and put the shoe socks things on which was nice

Great service from buying the mattress,to receiving it,was really good service. The member of staff who helped us to pick the right mattress,was excellent at his job. He didn't try to over sell other products,as we said that we just wanted the mattress.
We did have it delivered. The delivery went well. The driver rang to say he was on his way.
We didn't realise though,the company charge for delivery,we only realised this when we was checking the order. Everything else is great. The mattress is so comfortable. We've had really good nights sleeping on it.
