Shop had a good range of mattresses all clearly marked with information. Sale was on with a good reduction. Sales staff were helpful and polite.

I walked in the store at Lincoln, noticed what I wanted to check. They said what we was looking for any point me in the right direction. In a matter of 15 minutes. I ordered what I went in there for and it was delivered on time. Absolutely brilliant. Well done Bensons

Great helpful sales man
Went into Bensons looking for a replacement bed, Casey popped over and gave some helpful advice, showed us other recommendations. No sales pressure at all. We went away and came back two more times, again Casey remembered us and was very helpful! Just waiting for delivery now.

My husband and I went to Bensons for beds to look for a new bed. We were quite overwhelmed with all the different mattresses. Gemma came over to us to see if we needed any assistance and she quickly identified our uncertainties of what mattress we needed. From that point Gemma was so helpful and explained the in-store diagnostic bed, this helped along with Gemma being so attentive to our purchase and even gave us the correct pillows! Quality of the mattress and the base looks excellent.
