Your sales lady Charleigh was very helpful and polite from the minute my Mum and I walked into your shop. She was also very knowledgeable about your products which made me very confident on giving you the sale. Charleigh is a credit to herself and Benson for Beds.

Great service from the team and when I mentioned the bed base design they mentioned the effect it would have on my options. Wasnt pressurised into a brand (I'd already selected an option and they worked with me). Would recommend. Need to see if the delivery team can match this.

We found out at the last moment that our furniture would not be delivered to our new home until 5 days after we moved in. We frantically searched for furniture that could be delivered in under a week and ended up talking to Ashley at the Livingston branch. He was incredibly helpful, going so far as to book an additional courier to ensure our mattress was delivered the afternoon we moved in. Best of all, he kept us informed almost on a daily basis so we had total confidence that we wouldn't be sleeping on the floor on our first night at home. There were two occasions we needed to call the branch and when there was no reply, they actually called us back based on their missed calls. I think that was the biggest surprise as I don't think there are many companies out there that would do that.

We went to see around but was helped and advised so well that we came out with a deal.

This would be a zero star if entirely possible! So where do I start, bought wardrobe on the 7th Jan with an estimated 7 week delivery but after a bit of phoning back and forth we eventually got a delivery 15 weeks after purchase to discover that there was a part missing so the delivery/ build team couldn’t complete the wardrobe! Was told by the guy who delivered that it was only a clip missing so would probably take another couple of weeks to come but lo and behold 3 weeks later we had to call them as we heard nothing from their end to be told that it wasn’t just a clip but a damaged panel as well (if we’d known this at the time we would have asked them to dismantle and take away that day) and the clip and the board wouldn’t be arriving to them until the 19th of June( 19 weeks after purchase) and then would be handed over to the delivery company who had another 2 weeks to get it to us so potentially we would not have a working wardrobe until July!! After living with clothes in boxes and bags since January we told them to come pick it up and give us a refund. They finally got it picked up on the 31st June after a lot of irate phone calls from us to be told our refund would be in our account 48hrs after pick up but yes you’ve guessed it we had to chase that also and eventually got refund but have now been told we have to wait another 3/5 working days for it to be cleared!!! Thought going to this company and spending the money we did would result in a good quality wardrobe but it has only given us many sleepless nights! Ended up going to IKEA and ordered on Tuesday and got delivered on the Friday and have to say the quality does not seem any less than Bensons for Beds! So folks avoid at all costed if you want something quick and unbroken. Will not ever step foot in this place again!
