Excellent service from both Jack and Viv at the Livingston store. Mattresses are surprisingly complicated, but made easy with the right tools and knowledge. I'm not a quick shopper - the team gave me space and patience over several store visits, as well as expert input to help with my final shopping decision. Highly recommend.

Firstly it was the only bed shop open…
Firstly it was the only bed shop open at 10am on a Sunday so everyone else missed out on our custom!
Sales assistant Nadia was quick to ask us if we needed help and soon had us lying down! We picked our super kingsize base, mattress and headboard, and it was all delivered before Christmas. Love the bed. Great investment. Would recommend Bensons for Beds.

We have been very impressed with our recent interaction with Bensons, from using the website to look @ products, then our visit to your Livingston location where Nadia dealt with our purchase, we were amazed that Nadia advised our order would be delivered in 5 days. After placing our order the delivery information via website & text was excellent, resulting in delivery of our Tempur mattress on the 5th December, the delivery guys were very cheery our delivery was scheduled between 1pm to 3pm there was no surprise when we were contacted around midday with the delivery around 12:30.

First time buyers
The assistant, Jack, was phenomenal the entire time. He immediately approached my wife and I. Straight away, he was super friendly and funny and asked about our needs, also asked our names and pronouns, which we really appreciated as a queer couple. Because he was showing us around, he suggested we leave our bags somewhere safe in store, which we did. He also showed concern for my wife who has a mobility aid as she was getting on and off beds the entire time, and showed us the way to the lift at the back so my wife wouldn't have to use the stairs. She was in a lot of pain that day and his consideration for her disability was touching. We bought a mattress that night. We are first time buyers, and are moving into our first house soon, so Jack made this entire process easy.

The lady that helped us was great, full of information about products, she took a bit of time to show us beds/ mattresses
The bed we really wanted was unavailable for delivery until mid January, which was disappointing considering it was part of the new range ( we had to go elsewhere for bed frame )
