I had done my research on the kind of bed that I wanted. The shop had a great choice and the sales assistant Jack was a great help. He was well mannered and extremely knowledgable Went over all the details carefully and the transaction was easy. A credit to the company.

Great experience from start to finish, got a great bed for a price that suited. Staff were very helpful and never forced any extra products or warranties. Delivery was perfect and the guys were polite and respectful of the property.

Shop staff were knowledgable and friendly, listening to my needs and guiding towards the right mattress for me an my needs. No Sales pressure just genuine assistance. Prompt delivery too, kept in constant contact and phoned 20 mins before delivery. Delivery team were great, took away old mattress and placed the new one on bed, taking away all rubbish too.

The lady who served me Vivienne was absolutely brilliant suffer bad from anxiety and she was very patient with me explaining about the mattresses that I was trying and how my old mattress was giving me my aches and pains and rush me in any way would definitely go back to bensons

Very happy with bed, drivers were lovely when dropping off, happy to remove shoes etc due to cream carpets and because they had extra time they set it up for me on the bed! Awesome service!

Nadia was great in store
Nadia was great in store. She showed us lots of options and took the time to explain each one. As we had a big order she was able to get us a few items thrown in with total price which was much apprenticed. Her knowledge was great and advice on my mattress was spot in as its been the best sleep I have had in years. The delivery team were also great and efficient.

What a fantastic company
What a fantastic company! Steve in sales helped me immensely, making sure I bought the right bed, headboard and mattress for my needs.
They kindly sent two lovely young men to dismantle my old bed for me and the lads who came today to install my products were fabulous.
They also kept in constant contact with me.
I can't recommend this Company highly enough.
