Very good timely manner efficient and tidy workers

We recently purchased a mattress from this company are deeply disappointed by the deceptive sales approach and lack of upfront transparency regarding their exchange policy.

After sleeping on our initially selected firm mattress for one night, we realized it was too hard and that a medium-firm version would suit us better. When we requested an exchange, we were informed that switching to a different version would cost us an additional 10% of the total mattress price and because of their strict policies, we cannot get a refund either.

What makes this unacceptable is how the sales agent handled the transaction. He verbally walked us through every single pricing detail, perk, and discount upfront, but intentionally omitted this 10% exchange penalty. While we later discovered it is technically buried in the documentation, the agent completely bypassed it verbally while explicitly listing all other financial terms.

Omitting an expensive penalty while pretending to lay out all the costs feels like a deliberate tactic to close the sale without scaring off the buyer.

The mattress quality is okay, but the customer service and sales ethics are incredibly disappointing. If you buy from this company, do not rely on what the sales agent tells you face-to-face. Demand to see the fine print and check for hidden fees before handing over your card.

Would never buy anything from Benson for Beds again !!

Great experience in the shop. The sales assistant explained every step very clearly. Delivery was excellent and paying for the bed to be built was well worth it. Would highly recommend.

Beds delivered on time, swiftly made up, no mess left behind. Can’t complain at all. And I do love my new bed! Sleeping like a log in it since day one. My daughter also loves hers! The lady in the shop, Vivienne, was also great at helping us choose just what we were looking for. Spot on service, thank you.😁

Disappointed with the product. I have bought king size bed and there were quality issues and damages at the back of the headboard. After paying such a huge sum it is really disappointing to get such a product. I should have opted for a different brand. I compared it with the market rates and it seems like I overpaid yet was disappointed.

Attentive informed customer service, felt the sales person was a bit pushy. Bed is great easy assembly and great delivery drivers. impressed.

We had to change our mattress as it was too firm . We were apprehensive about having to go back to shop but the staff couldn’t have been more understanding.
