Beware the Comfort Guarantee. We bought a Tempur mattress and were a bit unsure how it would go. The store team told us not to worry. With the Comfort Guarantee, you pay a 10% fee and you can swap to another mattress if the first one doesn't work out. We took the mattress on that basis and after a month of bad backs, we activated the comfort guarantee. It turns out if you then swap for a mattress that is cheaper, you don't get a refund for the difference AND you still get charged the 10% fee for swapping the mattress. The store made it sound like you only had the 10% charge to worry about. Completely misleading. I objected to the store manager and they directed me to Customer Service who also refused to do anything about it. So now we're stuck with either having to keep a mattress we don't want, or take another hit to the finances to get a cheaper but nicer mattress. Beware Tempur. Beware the comfort "guarantee". Beware the things you don't get told in store that you are expected to have read in the small print on the website...

Salesman was very helpful, not pushy like in some stores.

Excellent service from staff. Jamie and Jason were extremely helpful and super friendly. They showed us how to take down the bed and helped to load it into our van, couldn't have asked for better service. And we love the new bed too.

We visited out local store in Llandudno and had a very pleasant and professional experience.
The salesperson, Steph, showed us their hi-tech machine to determine which firmness of mattress would suit us best, it was amazing.
We viewed a range of mattresses and beds and got a couple of quotes so we could decide what we wanted.
We returned the next day to order and take advantage of their discount promotion.
The staff were very helpful and the experience was top notch.

The man who helped me choosing my bed was very helpful he allowed me to try out the beds and choose the right bed for myself he was so patient
