Very bad company people don’t know what they are doing keep repeating there mistakes for one bed they deliver 3 wrong deliveries it’s so frustrating and on the top they don’t listen to there customers I’m trying to connect with there manager more than 48 hours still can’t connected i could advise not to waste your time and money on this company i placed order on 21st of July paid everything and i’m still waiting for my bed

Thank you for your reply but i don’t think sorry can fix anything i need action for my order i’m still waiting for your manager to call me it’s been more then 72 hours i’m not here for benson all the time i have lots of to do I recently moved into new home you giving me bad memories I’m really disappointed why you don’t have to pay any compensation or penalties to your customers if you doing mistakes however if any customer changed there many and want to cancel the order after delivery we have to pay 20% of your order why this rule not applied for you because you not facing anything your getting paid for your job it’s the customer who facing all this paying all in one, taking days off to receive your delivery waiting in the queue to speak with your customer care team it’s totally unfair.

Very good and Victoria in the Llandudno store was very helpful answered all our questions and wasn’t pushy , also we found the other members of staff there very pleasant

Great choice in the Llandudno store. Excellent knowledge and assistance from the staff member that helped us purchase a new bed and mattress. We were offered the right choices for what we were looking for and the ability to choose material, style of headboard,legs and drawer types.

Knowledgeable staff with no pressure selling made the whole experience enjoyable. Great range of beds and great prices too.

Very helpful and knowledgeable and we didn't have to wait to long for delivery. My only issue would be the amount of text messages and emails you receive is rediculas far to many.

We where met at the door. The young 29 year old salesman greatted us with a welcome smile.
Both my husband and I explained, we don't like the hard sale. We wanted time to discuss the many options available to us. We explained we would ask for assistance when required. The sales man explain in straight talking the best option is to have a walk around the show room then to have the compatability of matress check. He explained this so very well in procise language. After 25minutes or so he followed us up with a checkin , nothing to pushy.
We were both ready for the intaction. We proceeded to the mattress test. What a clear explanation of why this service is offered. My husband asked direct questions,which was answered very well ,in simple language without wanting to sound over qualified. Just having the knowledge explained about the product helped us get the correct personal fit. We didn't feel rushed, no assumptions made and certainly at the correct pace for us to make the right choice for us.
He gave us choices in firmness, springs, finish of the matress, toppers and explained everything.
He certainly earned his commission. Well done, you made the experience worth it.

Particularly appreciated the pressure sensor test to help choose the right mattress.

From the very first moment we entered the store in llandudno north wales and dealt with Jason to the delivery guys Barry and Kelvin dropping off the new bed the service the quality and the experience has been exceptional very impressed 👏

Salesperson had good knowledge of products.
Delivery was on time and the drivers were polite and tidy.

Customer Service and support was excellent. Needed a new mattress urgently for a caravan and Bensons had one in stock. The bed is super comfortable and we are very pleasded.

The sales person in the shop was very helpful and not trying to push expensive ones over cheaper ones. He clearly explained the different types of mattresses, gave time to think it through. Arranged delivery, already aware that a small vehicle was needed due to poor access. Delivery was on time and efficient. Only negative was being asked for a review, many times, before the item was delivered
