We went into Bensons knowing the type of bed we wanted. Victoria showed us all that were available and explained the differences between them. We were given information on the costs of extra services and to help us make our decision. After checking out other retailers we rushed back to Bensons to place our order. Good quality bed and quick delivery
The salesman listened to what we wanted out of a new bed and when we wanted it delivered.
He sorted out the most relevant bed and mattress and arranged the build and delivery for just when we needed it.
The bed and mattress were delivered when promised, early in the morning. This gave me all day to assemble and dress it, ready for our guest, who later commented that it was very comfortable and she slept well on it.

Great customer service and updates throughout. Steph in the Llandudno store was great and couldn’t have helped more. The delivery drivers were also great. The mattress is a massive improvement and can already feel the difference in our backs

The staff was great
The staff was great. Very polite and helpfull.
I also liked the way you could manage everything like change dates ect on the tracking system.
The driver was very nice.
They phoned the day before to give an estimated time and phoned an hour before arriving.

Knowledgeable and helpful staff
We visited our local Llandudno store where we were shown the different mattresses that suited us, having laid on the bed to assess which mattress suited us first. The salesperson then spent as much time as we required to show us and advise us on the mattresses. He was very knowledgable and we couldn’t have made the choice without his guidance
